UV-cure powder coatings
The Ray-Tec® product line is a highly advanced and patented UV curable powder coating system developed in 's UV powder coating research center and fine-tuned in co-operation with TRIAB the leading UV/IR oven manufacturer and with several innovative customers using UV powder coating technology in real production.
Ray-Tec® UV powder coatings offer the combined advantages of traditional powder coating technology (ease of application, environmentally sound, extremely durable and cost effective) and the very fast UV chemistry. Ray-Tec® UV powder coatings can be cured at 100 - 120° which makes it possible to coat temperature sensitive substrates such as engineered woods (e.g. MDF), plastics or pre-assembled parts as well as high-mass metal products.
Ray-Tec® UV powder coatings are commercially used on various applications including MDF furniture as well as PVC floorings.



Near-Infra-Red powder coatings
The Ray-Tec® NIR powder coatings system is the final solution to bring your powder coating line speed to a new dimension. In an intensive three-year research and development program, and Adphos, a leading technology company focusing on the area of thermal processing, have combined their expertise and know-how in powder coatings and near-infra-red radiation technology, which resulted in a new revolutionary powder coating system.
Ray-Tec® NIR powder coatings can be melted and cured with the NIR® technology in a 2 to 5 seconds time span! NIR powder coating is the alternative to conventional curing of powder coatings for all serial coatings of metal substrates that have a shape which allows radiation to reach all parts of the surface and which require high throughput times.
The NIR coating system will also allow you to substantially reduce your production space requirement and in addition, NIR booster systems can be added to current conventional coating system and by thus double your capacity.
Suitable applications include coil, sandwich elements, radiators, fences, oil filters, drive shafts, mirrors, gas cylinders and many more.
Ray-Tec NIR powder coatings are available in a full range for interior and exterior use including textures and metallics. The Ray-Tec NIR powder coating system will deliver the excellent coating performance known from conventional cure powder coatings at a much higher speed!



Ultra-Low Bake
In difference to the conventional powder coating products Ultra Low Bake (ULB) powder coatings can be cured at very low temperature of about 120-140° C at very quick cure cycles (5-20 minutes). As a result ULB powder coatings do not cause that much thermal stress to the substrates which makes them besides the UV-cure powder coatings an optimal choice to cure heat sensitive substrates such as engineered wood or plastics.
ULB powder coatings are already successfully applied in various MDF furniture applications.



Acrylics
's Acrylic powder coatings product range is designed to meet the needs of high demanding applications requiring super-durable weather-resistance, high brilliance, top surface level and scratch-resistance. Our acrylic powder coatings are available as clear coats as well as in a wide range of pigmented colors. Typical applications include automotive bodies and body parts (in metal or plastics) aluminum wheels, bicycles, motorcycles, fuel tanks, metal furniture and other high-end applications.
